Vilamoura Oasis Duplex Familiar

Positive: The view and balcony is lovely Negative: The broken sunbeds, extremely old and soiled sunbed cushions, no tea towels for drying up after washing up ( we didn't use the dishwasher). The owner told us that the washing machine was broken and he was waiting for a part to come and would keep us informed about it. He did keep us informed and we asked if we could have some extra towels because we couldn't wash them and he said yes no problem. We didn't get any and we politely reminded him after a few days and he didn't respond to our message and we still got no towels. Unfortunately this spoilt it for us as we had to use the same towels the whole week and we couldn't wash anything due to the washing machine not being fixed. Also the smaller shower was blocked and kept filling up with water so you had to be quick otherwise it would overflow.
